Terms of service

WolfStalk is a simulation, education and analytics product. It lets you construct hypothetical option positions, view their theoretical payoff at expiration, and analyse historical price and expiration data for listed index options.

WolfStalk is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a futures commission merchant or any other regulated financial intermediary. We do not hold client funds, we do not execute, route or transmit orders, and we have no access to your brokerage account.

Nothing on the site or in the product is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, option or other financial instrument. No content is tailored to your individual circumstances. Any decision you take is yours alone and at your own risk.

Market and historical data is sourced from third-party providers and public market sources. We take reasonable care over it but do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted, and it may be delayed relative to live markets.

Historical option premium data is not currently licensed to WolfStalk. Backtesting and strategy-testing features run on real historical settlement prices of the underlying instrument combined with a premium that you supply or that the product models. Results are therefore illustrative and are not a record of what a position would actually have earned.

The product computes theoretical option prices and Greeks using the Black-Scholes model. It has no option chain, so the implied volatility input is taken from the volatility index corresponding to the underlying — a single index-level figure that carries no volatility skew across strikes. Theoretical prices and Greeks shown here will differ from those quoted by your broker, and the difference is greatest for legs far from the money and for short-dated positions. They are model output for analysis, not quotations and not a valuation of any position.

Weekly expirations were introduced over time by the listing exchanges. Statistical features distinguish expirations that were actually listed from reconstructed reference points, and you should not treat a count of sessions as a count of tradable contracts.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

Accounts are for a single person. You may not share, resell or transfer access to your account.

Access to paid features requires an active subscription on one of the plans described on the pricing page. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, VAT or similar charge that applies in your jurisdiction.

A free trial is offered to new accounts and provides the access described for it at no charge. No payment is taken at the end of the trial without your explicit selection of a paid plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting us; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may change prices and plan composition from time to time. A price change does not apply to a billing period already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You may use the service for your own personal or internal business purposes only. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its data.

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise extract content or data from the service by automated means, nor use it to build a competing dataset or product.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent usage limits or plan gating, or reverse engineer any part of it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

You may not use the service to provide investment advice to third parties, or to represent our output as advice from a licensed professional.

The service, including its software, interface, text, charts, compiled datasets and brand, is owned by WolfStalk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms for as long as your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

Content you submit remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service.

The AI assistant produces text automatically. It can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and it must not be relied upon as a statement of fact or as advice. Verify anything material against the underlying data before acting on it.

The assistant is subject to fair-use limits by plan. We may adjust those limits to keep the service available to all users.

We collect the account details you provide, the details you submit through the contact form, and technical usage data such as pages viewed and features used. Account and contact details are used to operate the service and to reply to you; usage data is used in aggregate to improve the product.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass personal details to advertisers. We share data with service providers — hosting, authentication, payment processing and analytics — only to the extent needed to run the service, and under confidentiality obligations.

We send marketing email only with your consent, and every such message contains an unsubscribe link. Service and billing messages are sent regardless, because they are part of operating your account.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure aggregate usage. You can configure your browser to reject or delete them, though parts of the service may then stop working.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us; we will respond within the period required by the law applicable to you.

We apply commercially reasonable technical and organisational security measures. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party data outages and factors outside our control can cause interruption.

We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a material feature covered by a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data or analytical output.

We make no representation that use of the service will be profitable or will avoid losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfStalk is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold WolfStalk harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your trading decisions.

The service may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after they are published on this page, or later if the law applicable to you requires. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction — except where a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
